Income Fund LP

KingSett has now raised a total of $524.1 million of capital for this income-oriented, core real estate investment vehicle, the KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund LP ("the Fund"), modeled after sophisticated institutional real estate portfolios and strategies. The Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest alongside KingSett principals in a portfolio of long-term, stable real estate assets and investments intended to be core real estate holdings for institutional and high net worth individuals.

Activities of the Fund

• Initial capital raised of $272 million in 2008 now fully invested in a core real estate portfolio.
• Second Capital offering in 2010 completed with new commitments of $252 million added to the Fund to grow asset based and improve risk weighted returns
• Generated life-to-date return of 13.4% after fees and expenses to Sept. 30, 2011.
• Distributed annual cash returns of 7% on a quarterly basis.
• The Fund is structured to target net returns of 8-12% annually, with 7% distributed and the balance reinvested.

The additional commitments of $252 million in 2010 will allow the Fund to grow its asset base and improve its risk weighted investment returns by acquiring properties that further diversify its holdings by sector and geographic location in Canada.
