Edan is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of investmtent opportunities across Canada.
Edan joined KingSett in 2013, after spending two years at North American Development Group/Centrecorp, where he worked to implement the organization’s debt strategy, sourcing and administering a sizeable mortgage portfolio in both Canada and the U.S. Edan was also involved in analyzing new investment opportunities. Prior to Centrecorp, Edan worked at a Toronto based subordinate debt lender, providing due diligence and financial support on deals involving a wide variety of real estate finance structures and asset classes.
Edan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
