About the Opportunity
KingSett is seeking an experienced CMHC mortgage originator to join the Multifamily Mortgage team.

Lieu
Toronto, ON/Calgary, AB
Role Responsibilities
Originate $500 million+ of direct CMHC loans annually in primary and secondary markets across Canada.
Assist the underwriting team with loan assessment, structuring and closing due diligence.
Ensure all loans conform to KingSett and CMHC’s policies and procedures.
Maintain a detailed pipeline.
Attend various networking events inside and outside of normal working hours.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of related work experience with at least 2 years originating CMHC loans.
Collaborative, team player, helping to support the success of the Multifamily Mortgages team and KingSett.
Superior analytical and risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of CMHC underwriting guidelines.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
Compensation
Base salary range of $140,000-$160,000.
Total compensation includes salary, variable discretionary bonus, benefits, & other perks.
