Rebecca previously worked at EY as a Consulting Manager in People Advisory Services, enabling workforce transformation and driving business strategy for her clients. She also has experience working in HR product software, shaping employee engagement and recognition technology.

She has her Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western University.
