Analyst, Multifamily Mortgages
About the Opportunity
KingSett is looking for an experienced, driven individual who is eager to help grow the business. As an Analyst, you will be a key part of our Multifamily Mortgages team focused on underwriting and funding apartment construction, term loans, first and second mortgages, and bridge loans, while working with KingSett’s senior leaders to build a best-in-class platform.

Role Responsibilities
Complete funding checklists and loan advance statements in a timely and efficient manner.
Actively manage renewals/amendments on the portfolio.
Review client (broker or borrower) information packages, prudently underwrite and present to KingSett Credit Committee and CMHC for approval.
Ensure all loans conform to KingSett and CMHC’s policies and procedures.
Take a customer centric approach to client management, working closely with clients to help foster strong long-lasting relationships.
Candidate Profile
1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry with a strong understanding of the Canadian multifamily housing market.
Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Superior analytical and risk assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Base salary range of $80,000 - $95,000.
Total compensation includes salary, variable discretionary bonus, benefits and other perks.
