Adam Balaban

Adam Balaban is an Associate Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital. Adam joined KingSett in 2021 and is responsible for sourcing commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Adam was an associate at Roy-L Capital Corporation, a private investment company based in Toronto, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting private debt and equity real estate investments across all asset classes. Previously, Adam was an analyst within the Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking group, where he was responsible for underwriting and funding loans to publicly traded and privately held companies in diversified industries, including commercial real estate.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in finance from Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charterholder.
