Adam Flomen is an Associate Director, Multifamily Mortgages at KingSett Capital. Adam joined KingSett in 2024 and is responsible for sourcing CMHC-insured multifamily loans and associate bridge, acquisition and second mortgage loan opportunities.
Prior to joining KingSett, Adam was a senior investments analyst at Centurion Asset Management, where he was responsible for underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions, mortgage investments and joint ventures.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree with a specialization in Accounting from Western University.
