Amy McLandress

Amy McLandress is a Director, Investments at KingSett Capital. Amy joined KingSett in 2015 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada. Amy’s also has experience working with KingSett’s Asset Management team where she focused on the downtown Toronto office portfolio, and with the Mortgage Investments team where she was responsible for underwriting, due diligence and funding of loans for commercial and residential asset types in markets across the country.

Prior to joining KingSett, Amy was a real estate manager at RBC, where she managed construction financing facilities for real estate projects including high-and low-rise residential and commercial developments. Amy also gained experience in underwriting, origination and funding with RBC and the Business Development Bank of Canada.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson) and a CMA designation.
