Andre Gadbois

André Gadbois is an Associate Director, Multifamily Mortgages at KingSett Capital. André joined KingSett in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing CMHC-insured multifamily loans and associated bridge, acquisition and second mortgage loan opportunities.

Prior to joining KingSett, André was an analyst within First National Bank’s commercial origination department, where he was responsible for structuring and analyzing conventional and CMHC mortgage loans across Canada. André also spent time in First National’s funding department, where he supported
origination in advancing loans for multiple real estate asset classes.

André holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
