Gurd Sanghera

Gurd Sanghera is the Senior Vice President, Urban Properties at KingSett Capital. Gurd joined KingSett in 2014 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across KingSett’s real estate portfolio, focusing primarily on downtown Toronto core assets including retail, office and multi-
residential.

Prior to joining KingSett, Gurd gained experience leading asset management in leasing, operations, marketing, capital and development planning of enclosed malls, retail plaza and office assets across Canada. He also has experience in corporate and commercial law.

Gurd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, a Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor from Osgood Hall Law School and a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
