Jamie Petch

Jamie Petch is the Senior Vice President, Office at KingSett Capital. Jamie joined KingSett in 2017 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across the firm’s real estate portfolio, focusing on core and opportunity office assets.

Prior to joining KingSett, Jamie spent 13 years at Oxford Properties in successive roles with the office leasing team and worked closely with teams on the acquisition, disposition and development of office properties. He began his career in real estate with the office leasing group at Cushman & Wakefield in their
downtown Toronto office.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from University of British Columbia and a Master’s of International Relations from University of Toronto.
