Joanne Yu

Joanne Yu is a Senior Vice President, Finance at KingSett Capital. Joanne joined KingSett is 2014 and is responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting and budgeting for the KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund and all Debt Funds, as well as the firm’s finance function.

Prior to joining KingSett, Joanne led the financial controllership and payroll functions for EPIC Realty Partners Inc. as Vice President, Financial Controller. Previously she led the corporate accounting team at Oxford Properties Group and was responsible for financial reporting to OMERS.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business and Economics from University of Toronto and is a CPA.
