Justin Walton

Justin Walton is a Managing Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital. Justin joined KingSett in 2015 and is responsible for sourcing commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Justin was the Vice President of a private, Toronto-based mortgage lender, where he was responsible for the growth and management of a $400 million construction and term loans portfolio. Previously, Justin developed his real estate lending expertise with Scotiabank and a U.S.-based commercial real estate company, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and funding construction and term loans across North America.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
