Mathieu Larouche

Mathieu Larouche is a Director, Investments at KingSett Capital. Mathieu joined KingSett in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Québec.

Prior to joining KingSett, Mathieu spent 10 years with RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group, where he held progressively more senior roles. Mathieu led commercial real estate transactions and advisory mandates across all major property types, gaining deep expertise in financial underwriting, due diligence and negotiation. Mathieu also spent five years working as an architect.

Mathieu holds Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from McGill University, and a Master of Business Administration with distinction from INSEAD.
