Max Dalsin

Max Dalsin is a Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital. Max joined KingSett in 2025 and is responsible for sourcing conventional commercial real estate loans across all asset classes, including acquisition, construction, bridge and second mortgage financing opportunities, primarily focused across Ontario and Western Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Max spent several years in origination and mortgage brokerage roles, most recently at Institutional Mortgage Capital. Max has over a decade of industry experience in real estate and fixed income debt instruments, giving him valuable insight into creating accretive deal structures to unlock
value for stakeholders.

Max holds a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics from University of Calgary and a Master of Business Administration from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
