Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a Director, Investments at KingSett Capital. Michael joined KingSett in 2016 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Michael spent two years in the national capital markets group with Jones Lang LaSalle where he was responsible for investment analysis and conducting due diligence on large scale advisory mandates. Previously, Michael spent four years with real estate advisory firm Altus Group Limited, where he was responsible for a range of valuation and consulting assignments with a focus on income producing properties.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Toronto and earned his Accredited Appraiser Canada Institute designation in 2015.
