Ryland Varcoe

Ryland Varcoe is a Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital. Ryland joined KingSett in 2018 and is responsible for sourcing commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Ryland was a financial analyst with Oxford Properties Group, where he was responsible for financial reporting and analysis of real estate assets. Ryland first joined KingSett as a senior associate within the Underwriting & Funding team, responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence and funding loans across all asset classes.

Ryland holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and is a CPA.
