Steven Gross

Steven Gross is the Senior Vice President, Multi-Residential and Hotels at KingSett Capital. Steven joined KingSett in 2021 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across KingSett’s real estate portfolio, focusing on multi-residential assets and hotels.

Prior to joining KingSett, Steven held senior roles at Bentall Kennedy, GWL Realty Advisors, Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT and, most recently, Tricon Residential as Director, Asset Management where he was responsible for the Canadian multi-residential portfolio. Steven has a broad range of experience including transactions and asset management within multi-family, office, industrial and seniors housing across North America.

Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business at York University, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and Biology from University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
