Theresa Warnaar

Theresa Warnaar is the Senior Vice President, Retail & Asset Resilience for KingSett Capital. Theresa joined KingSett in 2013 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across the firm’s real estate portfolio, primarily focusing on enclosed and open-air shopping centres.

Prior to joining KingSett, Theresa spent 17 years with Ivanhoe Cambridge, most recently as Vice President, National Asset Management and Operations Information. She also held progressive roles that encompassed corporate environmental programs, project management and design and implementation of operational benchmarking and analytics. Theresa’s asset management experience spans Canada, Western U.S., Germany and Spain.

Theresa holds an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban & Regional Planning from University of Waterloo. She has been a BOMA Toronto board member since 2015 and currently serves as Chair.
