Vera Liu

Vera Liu is an Executive Director, Investments at KingSett Capital. Vera joined KingSett in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Western Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Vera spent six years as Director, Acquisitions at a Vancouver-based real estate investment firm where she was responsible for leading all investment activity in core markets across North America, with a focus on office, multi-family, hospitality, seniors and development. Previously, she held
investment roles at several Canadian real estate firms with a secondary focus on asset management and development.

Vera holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sauder School of Business at University of British Columbia with specialization in finance and real estate.
