Will Biderman

Will Biderman is an Associate Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital. Will joined KingSett in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.

Prior to joining KingSett, Will was a senior associate within the Wells Fargo Real Estate Corporate & Investment Banking team in Toronto, where he was responsible for financing a variety of loan types across all asset classes in Canada and the United States. Will first joined KingSett as an associate on the
Underwriting & Funding team, where he was responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence and funding loans across all asset classes.

Will holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and is a CFA Charterholder.
