William (Bill) Logar

Bill Logar is the Chief Asset Management Officer at KingSett Capital and the Fund Manager for the KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund. Bill joined KingSett in 2005 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value optimization of the firm’s real estate portfolio. Bill plays a key role in overseeing property management and leasing across all asset classes, while also leading the development team in planning and delivering value creation initiatives. Bill has been a member of KingSett’s Management Committee since 2019.

Prior to joining KingSett, Bill held progressively senior roles with Oxford Properties Group, concluding his property management career as General Manager, responsible for Royal Bank Plaza. Before Oxford, Bill worked for Fieldgate Development where he managed the organization’s residential, industrial and retail portfolios and led the creation of the firm’s commercial management platform.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). Bill serves on the Executive Committee for the Downtown Yonge BIA, the board at MOYA Credit Union, the Advisory Board for ULI Toronto, and sits on the Planning and Urban Design Committee for the Bloor-Yorkville BIA.
