Hanif is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and dispositions of real estate opportunities across Canada.
Prior to joining KingSett, Hanif was with the real estate securitization group at Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse, Hanif was with a US-based real estate bridge and subordinate fund and he also spent over three years as a board member of a publicly traded gold exploration company, where he was involved in strategic property acquisitions.
Hanif holds a degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (Merit Scholarship Recipient).
