Derrick’s role at KingSett is to underwrite, complete due diligence and fund loans for multifamily residential properties across Canada.
Prior to KingSett, Derrick was a member of CMHC’s Client Relations team, assisting apartment developers and non-profit organizations in navigating the Crown corporation’s financing and insurance programs. Previously, he spent eight years with TD Bank’s National Real Estate Group in Ontario, Alberta, and BC – most recently as Director, Real Estate, advising Canada’s largest multifamily high-rise developers.
Derrick holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
