Alex is responsible for creating investment-level models to forecast asset returns and updating capital models to assist in fund finance decisions.
Prior to joining KingSett, Alex was an investment Associate at Artisan Capital, a boutique real estate private equity firm in Canada. While in this role, Alex managed the property acquisition pipeline and financial modeling processes, while also being involved in cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Economics with a Specialization in Financial Economics from Western University – King’s College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
