Ankit’s role at KingSett is to underwrite and complete due diligence and fund loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types.
Ankit was formerly a Senior Analyst at Dream Unlimited, where he supported corporate and property level debt origination for Dream’s publicly traded and private investment vehicles. Prior to this, Ankit was an Account Manager in the Construction Finance Group at CMLS Financial Ltd. where he was responsible for due diligence and underwriting of construction loans across all major asset classes across Canada.
Ankit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
