Ashley is responsible for the operations, execution, and value creation strategies across KingSett’s real estate portfolio, primarily focusing on downtown core office assets in Eastern Canada.
Ashley’s commercial real estate experience and success within the brokerage, leasing, asset management and lending disciplines have resulted in a comprehensive skill set. Ashley began her career with Colliers International, in the Toronto core, on a senior tenant representation team for large office and healthcare users. Prior to joining KingSett, Ashley was with GE Capital Real Estate where she was initially responsible for the leasing and strategic planning of office assets, and then moved into GE’s commercial lending practice, focusing on the analysis, valuation and price modeling on a wide variety of asset classes.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
