Charles is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the financing of the real estate portfolio.
Charles has held senior positions at two domestic banks, CIBC and BMO Capital Corporation, and two international banks, ING and Societe Generale. He has experience in providing financing and advisory services on a broad range of projects throughout North America, including high-rise condominiums, industrial and retail developments, hotels, resorts, land and low-rise residential subdivisions.
Charles is a CFA Charterholder, and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
