Daniel is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and fund loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types.
Prior to joining KingSett, Daniel was a Manager within Coast Capital Savings’ Commercial Real Estate team in Vancouver, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing a variety of loan types for all major asset classes across Canada. This portfolio included land, construction, and term lending to developers, builders, and income property owners.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of British Columbia.
