Emmett is responsible for underwriting, complete due diligence, and fund loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types.
Prior to joining KingSett, Emmett was a Senior Associate, Development Finance at Dream Unlimited where he was responsible for underwriting on a range of new and existing real estate development opportunities across all asset classes.
Emmett holds an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder.
