Gurd is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across KingSett’s real estate portfolio focusing primarily on downtown Toronto core assets including retail, office and multi-residential assets.
Prior to joining KingSett in 2014, Gurd’s experience included leading asset management in leasing, operations, marketing, capital and development planning for enclosed malls, retail plazas and office assets across Canada, as well as experience in a corporate/commercial law practice.
Gurd has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1999.
Gurd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, a Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School.
