Hire provides underwriting and financial support to KingSett’s investments team.
Prior to moving to the investments team, Hire was an Associate Director with KingSett’s Mortgage Investments team responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence and funding loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types. She also managed the commercial real estate portfolio that KingSett acquired from Home Capital in 2017.
Prior to joining KingSett, Hire was an Associate in the Energy Corporate Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets where she was responsible for the origination and underwriting of various bank loans including bridge loans for M&A transactions.
Hire holds a Master of Finance degree from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA.
