Ingrid is responsible for executing value creation strategies where KingSett’s investments are best enhanced through their development opportunities.
Ingrid has 15 years of real estate development experience, most recently as Director of Development with Trinity Development Group Inc. where she was responsible for overseeing complex and challenging commercial and mixed-use developments across Canada. Ingrid has also worked with other industry leaders including Smart Centres and Canadian Tire Real Estate where she was responsible for green-field developments, store expansions and retrofits.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree specializing in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
