Jeff is responsible for driving value creation in KingSett’s Urban Portfolio through new leasing and focused capital initiatives, overseeing property management, and supporting the investment team on new infill opportunities.
Jeff started his corporate real estate career as a commercial broker with a boutique firm in Toronto where he honed his negotiating skills in all areas of leasing and investment transactions. Seven years later Jeff joined IWG (Regus / Spaces), where he spent 6 years leading the growth and development across Canada and most of the USA for the world’s largest coworking provider. Prior to joining KingSett, following his entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff started a private real estate investment team to buy and redevelop multi-residential properties in Toronto.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Business Administration from Cass Business School in London U
