Jenil’s role at KingSett is to underwrite, complete due diligence and fund loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types.
Jenil was formerly an Analyst within Quadreal’s Debt Investments team, where he was responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and helping manage assets for the Canadian debt platform. Prior to this, Jenil worked at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts and supported the real estate and asset management team.
Jenil holds a Bachelor of International Economics degree from the University of British Columbia.
