Jerry is involved with the management of the debt portfolio and execution of the financing strategies for new acquisitions.
Prior to joining KingSett in 2023, Jerry was a Director of Mortgage Investments at Canada Life where he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of large commercial mortgages across all asset classes in Canada. Prior to Canada Life, Jerry spent 9 years at TD progressing through various underwriting and portfolio management roles within the Commercial Mortgage Group as well as the Real Estate Corporate Banking team at TD Securities.
Jerry holds a Master of Finance degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto.
