Joanne Yu is Senior Vice President, Finance responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting and budgeting of the KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund and all the Debt Funds, as well as the finance function for KingSett Capital.
Joanne has many years of experience in accounting and financial reporting at various major real estate organizations in Canada. As Vice President, Financial Controller, Joanne led the financial controllership and payroll functions for EPIC Realty Partners Inc. Joanne managed the Finance Team, was responsible for all financial reporting, developing processes and controls and providing training to staff. Prior to EPIC, Joanne held the position of Director, Finance at Oxford Properties Group where she led the corporate accounting team, responsible for financial reporting to the parent company, OMERS.
Joanne holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics from University of Toronto and is a CPA.
