Jordan is responsible for sourcing CMHC-insured multifamily loans and associated bridge, acquisition, or second mortgage loan opportunities.
Prior to joining KingSett, Jordan was a Director in MCAP Financial’s Commercial Mortgage Group and was responsible for originating, structuring, and closing term loans across Canada. Jordan brings to KingSett significant multifamily experience along with a comprehensive understanding of CMHC products and policies.
Jordan is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours Business of Commerce degree with a Finance specialization from York University, where he was also an Academic All-Canadian.
