Kandiah is a Director of Finance, Properties, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash and debt managment, and leads a team of Managers of Finance, Properties.
Prior to his current role, Kandiah was a Manager of Finance, Properties at KingSett, responsible for the accounting, reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of varied properties.
Prior to joining KingSett, Kandiah was the Manager of Property Accounting at ING Real Estate, where he led a team of five Property Accountants to provide property accounting for a large portfolio of properties across Canada. Prior to this, Kandiah held the position of Senior Accountant with Canada Life’s Real Estate division, Adason Properties Limited, where he was closely associated with the team that was responsible for the setup of AVISTA Real Estate Investment Trust, which was later merged with Summit REIT.
Kandiah joined KingSett Capital in November 2010, bringing more than 15 years of Property Accounting experience to the KingSett team.
