Katarina is responsible for the execution of value creation strategies within KingSett’s Affordable Housing LP, facilitating the delivery of best-in-class housing that also improves our communities.
Katarina joined KingSett in 2017 as Manager of Development Analytics, where she lead the financial analysis and underwriting of new multi-residential and mixed-use development projects. Prior to KingSett, she held positions with Lantower Residential in Dallas, Texas, and RioCan REIT.
Katarina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.
