Louie is Manager of Finance, Properties responsible for the accounting, reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of retail assets.
Prior to joining KingSett, Louie was a Senior Financial Analyst at Primaris Retail REIT where he was responsible for a real estate portfolio which consisted of retail properties.
Prior to this, Louie was a Senior Corporate Accountant at RioCan where he was responsible for the consolidation of RioCan’s portfolio. Louie has also worked with Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group and Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP in the capacity of Accounting Manager.
Louie graduated from Centennial College with an Accounting and Financial Management diploma.
