Mark leads KingSett’s development team and the strategic planning and execution of value creation across KingSett’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Mark was Vice President Development at CentreCourt Developments. Mark has overseen high rise condominium developments in Toronto for over eight years. Prior to coming to Toronto, Mark spent nine years managing mixed-use developments in urban centres along the eastern seaboard. Through his career Mark has been directly responsible for three million square feet of residential condominium development in Toronto and over six million square feet of mixed-use office, luxury hotel and residential development in New York, Miami and Boston.
Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of Casey House Hospital and Foundation, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon.
