Max sources conventional commercial real estate loans across all asset classes, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and second mortgage financing opportunities. His primary area of coverage extends from Ontario to Western Canada.
Max has over a decade of industry experience in real estate and fixed income debt instruments. Prior to arriving at KingSett, Max spent several years in both origination and mortgage brokerage roles within the industry and comes to us most recently from Institutional Mortgage Capital. Max’s experience across various roles within the industry gives him valuable insight into creating accretive deal structures to unlock value for stakeholders.
Max holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario as well as a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Calgary.
