Michael is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of investment opportunities across Canada.
Michael joined KingSett in 2016 and was responsible for financial underwriting and providing due diligence support to KingSett’s Investment Team. Prior to KingSett, Michael spent two years with the National Capital Markets group at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he was responsible for investment analysis and conducting due diligence on large scale advisory mandates. Prior to joining JLL, Michael spent approximately four years with Altus Group Limited, a real estate advisory firm where he was responsible for a wide range of valuation and consulting assignments with a focus on income producing properties.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto and earned his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation in 2015.
