Peter is Director, Development responsible for the execution of value creation strategies in the KingSett real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Peter was Director, Development at EllisDon Capital, where he led project delivery for high-rise multifamily and affordable housing projects. Peter started his career at PCL Constructors, where he gained construction experience across a diverse set of projects in the GTA that included P3 healthcare, high-end hospitality, aviation, and high-rise office.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
