Rachael Balchin is the VP, People & Culture and is responsible for leading our People and Culture function, shaping our people strategy, and strengthening our KingSett culture.
Prior to KingSett, Rachael spent 12 years with KPMG working primarily within their HR function both in Canada and their global firm based out of the UK.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Guelph University with a major in Human Resources.
