Steven is responsible for the operations, execution and value creation strategies across KingSett’s real estate portfolio, focusing on multi-residential assets and hotels.
Prior to joining KingSett in 2021, Steven has held senior roles at Bentall Kennedy, GWL Realty Advisors, Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT and most recently Tricon Residential as Director, Asset Management responsible for the Canadian Multi-Residential portfolio. He has a broad range of experience including transactions and asset management on a variety of asset classes including multi-family, office, industrial and seniors housing throughout North America.
Steven holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, HBA in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, HBSc in Human Physiology and Biology from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder.
