As Vice-President, Technology, Tobin is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, including strategy, applications development, and infrastructure.
Tobin was the senior IT executive at Oxford Properties for over 10 years, where he oversaw a multitude of technology initiatives and ran a corporate data centre that served offices across Canada, the US and the UK. Tobin has also worked as VP, Solutions Development for OMERS, Director Applications Development for Borealis Infrastructure, and Director IT Solutions for Hammerson Canada.
Tobin holds a Chartered Accountant Designation and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
