Director, Development
KingSett Capital is seeking a Director, Development to lead the execution of active developments and value-add property improvements across all asset portfolios. In this role, you will collaborate closely with KingSett’s development and asset management teams to manage and deliver development, intensification, and construction projects.
Project Manager, Construction
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Urban Development, the Project Manager will oversee third-party developers and general contractors to ensure townhouse and stacked townhouse construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with external resources to ensure building designs, value engineering, permitting and pro-forma budgets are aligned with the objectives of KingSett’s development program.
