Analyst, Asset Management

About the Opportunity

KingSett Capital is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join the Toronto team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Multi-Residential and Hotels. The Asset Management team is focused on all aspects of real estate operations, including oversight of all third-party property managers, real estate brokers, and consultants. In this role, the successful candidate will support the Asset Management team, including Asset Managers and Sustainability professionals, by enhancing operational capacity through the standardization of processes and continuous improvement of real estate operations.

Role Responsibilities

Assimilate property and building performance data from various sources to create and analyze consolidated portfolio-level reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Track property-level and portfolio-level KPI’s and identify trends and outliers.
Assist with the review of monthly reporting and budget review.
Assist with development, acquisition, disposition, and financing data management as required.
Communicate regularly and effectively with property managers, leasing professionals and finance teams.
Undertake ongoing market research and compilation of data including leasing trends and mystery shops.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required, based on business needs, aptitude, and organizational priorities.

Candidate Profile

Undergraduate degree in business or real estate.
1–2 years of experience in a top-tier real estate firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with sound judgment in complex situations.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Compensation

Base salary range of $70,000-$85,000.
Total compensation includes salary, variable discretionary bonus, benefits, & other perks.
